3. Change and Innovation
Organisational change is the mantra across all business sectors globally. Organisations are increasingly being required to adapt to changing environmental conditions across a broad range of socio-political, economic and technical developments.
This program addresses the planning, introduction and facilitation of change in responding to emerging challenges and opportunities. Guiding staff through change is becoming a required core competency of all Frontline Managers.
Innovation is seen as a necessary part of any successful organization. The ability to remain competitive and sustainable is increasingly linked to how successful an organization is in identifying, fostering and promoting innovative thinking that generates improved products and processes.
Outcomes:
- participate in engaging with change
- develop creative, flexible strategies to deal with change
- manage emerging challenges as a result of change
