4. Project Management
UTS is an established leader in Project Management education and training, nationally and internationally. While this program deals with providing an overview of operational planning and the strategies required of managers to ensure specific tasks and activities are implemented over time relative to a basic project brief, this program has been enhanced to enable participants to scope a project, define stakeholders, develop a project plan and monitor it’s implementation.
Outcomes:
- define project scope
- develop a basic project plan
- monitor basic project deliverables
