MethodologyIt is advisable that all workshops be completed in the sequence in which they appear. The course The Vocational Education and Training Context SHOULD be completed first in order you have the understanding of Training Packages and the Vocational Education Training (VET) environment which is vital for the subsequent workshops and their relevant assessment requirements.OPTION 2: (Trainer Stream - Statements of Attainment for Units below)

AccreditationThe Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAA40104 is nationally accredited through the Vocational Education and Training Advisory Board (VETAB). National RecognitionUTS Training and Development Services will recognise qualifications and/or Statements of Attainment issued by other Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) based in any State/Territory of Australia. Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)Many individuals may already be competent in one or more of the training and/or assessment competencies. RPL processes are available for each unit of competency based on relevant workplace experience, formal training or other expertise. Recognition will involve your submission of evidence in a portfolio form and be assessed by our assessors. AssessmentAssessment is through workplace projects. All courses include work based tasks that require learners to compile a range of evidence to demonstrate competency. InclusionsAll training courses include comprehensive learning materials, assessment, ongoing support and certification on successful completion. Morning and afternoon teas are included in the course.
