Program 3 - Designing Learning

The unit of competence TAADES402B Design and develop learning programs specifies the competency required to conceptualise, design, develop and evaluate learning programs to meet an identified need for a group of learners, using either endorsed competency standards or organisational performance standards or workplace procedures.
Learning outcomes
On successful completion of this program, learners should be able to:
• define the parameters of the learning program in consultation with the client(s)
• generate options for designing the learning program
• develop the learning program context
• design the structure of the learning program
• review the learning program.
