Overview

Project Management addresses the development of business unit/section/team and individual plans, deriving from the organisation’s corporate plan. This section aims to assist you in achieving organisational objectives.

Manage Operational Plan aims to assist you to develop your capabilities in continuous improvement, and includes how to plan, monitor, review and continuously improve projects or processes.

Who will benefit?

This program is designed to benefit any member of an organisation
including frontline managers, supervisors, team leaders, team members who are actively involved in the management of projects in the workplace.
