Enrolment Conditions and General Information

• All programs are held in the Sydney Central Business District, 9.30am-4.30pm, registration 15 mins prior to commencement of program.
• Morning and afternoon teas are included in the program fee.
• All nationally recognised programs are GST exempt.
• Substitution of participants may be made and notification must be received in writing.
• All fees for courses are due for payment before commencement of training. Confirmation will not be made unless payment has been received.
• A 100% refund applies to written cancellations received 15 days prior to a course. A 50% refund applies to written cancellations 7-14 days prior to course. No refund will be made for cancellations received less than 7 days.
• accessUTS/TDS reserves the right to cancel, postpone or re-schedule a program if circumstances necessitate.
• access/UTS/TDS adheres to the Privacy and Personal Information Act 1998 and personal information collected is only used for the services we provide and no information will be disclosed to any third party without the express permission of the person concerned and in accordance with the requirements of the law.
• Requests for access to personal records are provided and must be made in writing.
• Any person with a disability and/or specific needs is requested to seek assistance upon registration.
