UTS Training and Development Services offers all learning programs within the following qualifications, on an in-company basis:

TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

    TAA DES 401B Use Training Packages to meet client needs

    TAA ENV 402B Foster and promote an inclusive learning culture
    TAA ENV 403B Ensure a healthy and safe learning environment
  2. Designing Learning
    TAA DES 402B Design and develop learning programs
  3. Facilitating Groups
    TAA DEL 401B Plan and organise group-based delivery
    TAA DEL 402B Facilitate group-based learning
  4. Train the Trainer
    TAA DEL 301B Provide training through instruction and demonstration of work skills
    TAA DEL 403B Facilitate individual learning
    TAA DEL 404B Facilitate work-based learning
  5. Workplace Assessing
    TAA ASS 401B Plan and organise assessment
    TAA ASS 402B Assess competence
    TAA ASS 403B Develop assessment tools
    TAA ASS 404B Participate in assessment validation

Programs can be done singularly.  If however, the whole Certificate is being completed, The Vocational Education and Training Context should be completed first.

All these programs can be delivered separately and in no particular order.
